Privacy notice
This page says plainly what this site collects about you, why, where it is kept, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.
1. Who collects the data
Realnonn — a real-estate agent in Phuket, run by the owner of realnonn.com — is the data controller for this notice.
For anything about your personal data, use the same channels as for property enquiries: phone +66(0)64 195 2451 · LINE nornx · WhatsApp.
2. What we collect, and why
- Web forms (Find, Build a home, Book a viewing, mortgage check, and “Call me back” on the home page): your name · phone or other contact · the topic/need you choose or type · any details you add — kept only to contact you back about what you asked (and to match properties to your request). The data is stored in our Google Sheets, accessible only to the site owner.
- Link source tag (for example “this link came from a Facebook page post”): when you open a tagged link, the site keeps that short tag in your browser tab’s sessionStorage until you close the tab, and sends it with a form only if you submit one yourself. The tag does not identify you.
- Cookieless visit statistics: we use no cookies, store no IP address and store no browser name/version in a database. The server derives a short hashed code from the request’s IP + browser with a salt that changes daily, in memory only, to count how many people came today (one day’s code cannot be linked to another day or reversed to you). What is recorded: page opened · language · traffic channel (e.g. Google / Facebook / direct) · whether a call/LINE/WhatsApp button was pressed · time on page.
- Browser storage: sessionStorage is used only for the source tag above. If localStorage is ever used, it will be for convenience (e.g. remembering a choice you made), never to track or profile you.
- Your location: we do not ask for or collect your location (GPS). The Phuket map on the home page is a still image; the area figures are computed from the listings in our system and have nothing to do with where a visitor is.
3. Legal basis
Form data: your consent (Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, section 19) — by filling in and submitting a form you consent to our using it for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 6).
Visit statistics: what is recorded contains no name, phone number, IP address or any lasting identifier that points to a person.
4. Who receives the data
The “Call me back” form on the home page: besides being saved to our sheet, your name · phone · topic (and any details you type) are forwarded to the site owner’s LINE account through the LINE Messaging API so we can call you back quickly (so it also sits in LINE’s systems under LINE’s policy).
The site’s hosting provider (Google Cloud) keeps standard server request logs, which include the IP address and browser information (user-agent) of every request to the site. These are infrastructure-provider logs, separate from our own statistics table, which stores no IP (section 2).
We do not sell your data. It sits with the providers we use to run the business: Google (stores our sheets/files and serves the site’s web fonts — so Google sees a font request from your device) and LINE / WhatsApp when you choose to message us through those apps (their own policies apply).
The rain forecast on the home page is fetched by our server (MET Norway); your browser does not contact MET Norway directly.
If we ever need to pass your details to someone else (for example a builder you asked for a quote from), we will tell you, and only do so when you ask or consent.
5. How long we keep it
As long as needed to contact you back and handle what you asked — exact period: [to be set — to be reviewed and specified by a legal professional]. You can ask for deletion earlier (section 6).
6. Your rights
You may ask to access or receive a copy of your data · correct it · delete it or make it non-identifiable · object to or restrict its use · withdraw consent · receive/transfer it — under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

If you believe we are not complying with the law, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
7. Changes to this notice
If how we collect data changes, we will update this page and the date above straight away.
